Our Tile & Granite Services

We provide a comprehensive range of installation services for both residential and commercial projects, ensuring a perfect application every time.
  • What is the difference between granite and quartz countertops?
Granite is a 100% natural stone, meaning each slab is unique. It is highly durable but porous, requiring periodic sealing. Quartz is an engineered stone made from crushed quartz and resin, making it non-porous, highly durable, and available in consistent colors and patterns.
  • What tile is best for a shower floor in a Kansas City home?
For shower floors, we recommend smaller format tiles (like 2x2 mosaics) or tiles with a textured finish. The increased grout lines and texture provide better slip resistance, which is a key safety feature in wet environments.
  • How do I properly clean and maintain my new granite countertops?
Clean granite daily with a pH-neutral cleaner or a simple solution of warm water and mild dish soap. Avoid abrasive or acidic cleaners (like vinegar), which can damage the sealant. We recommend resealing your granite countertops every 1-3 years.
  • Can you install tile over an existing tile floor?
While it's sometimes possible, we generally do not recommend it. Installing new tile over old can lead to height issues with doors and appliances and may hide underlying problems with the subfloor. For a guaranteed, long-lasting result, we remove the existing tile.
